We collect contact information (name, email, phone) submitted through our project enquiry forms, usage data from our website analytics, and project-related documentation shared during the quoting process.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to process project enquiries, communicate about ongoing projects, and improve our services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Protection
All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised Brikto personnel only. Data is retained for 7 years in accordance with construction industry compliance requirements.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Submit requests to ops@brikto-industrial.com. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

By engaging Brikto Industrial for construction or consulting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our professional relationship.
Liability Framework
Brikto's liability is limited to the direct costs of rectifying defective work within the defects liability period (typically 12 months from practical completion). We carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance on all projects.
Intellectual Property
All engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation created by Brikto remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, all project documents transfer to the client.
Payment Terms
Payment is structured in project milestones agreed at contract stage. Progress claims are issued monthly. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month.
Variation to Works
Any changes to the agreed scope of works must be submitted in writing and approved via our formal variation order process. Brikto does not commence variation works until written approval and cost confirmation is received.
Safety Protocols

Safety is non-negotiable at Brikto. Our OSHA 30 and HSE Master Platinum certifications reflect our commitment to zero-harm construction environments.
Site Safety Standards
All Brikto sites operate under a Site Safety Management Plan (SSMP) developed in accordance with OSHA 1926 and ISO 45001. PPE is mandatory for all site personnel and visitors.
Incident Reporting
All incidents, near-misses, and hazards are reported within 24 hours using our digital HSEQ reporting system. Root cause analysis is conducted on all reportable incidents.
